Returns are accepted worldwide, except where restricted by:

• Carrier limitations

If a region cannot accept return shipments, we will offer alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

2. Provide:
o Order number
o Reason for return
o Photo(s) if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective
We will reply with:
• Return instructions
• Return shipping address
• Any required shipping labels (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason:
A. Our mistake (we cover shipping)
• Wrong item sent
• Damaged item
• Missing items
• Quality/printing error
• Duplicate shipment
B. Customer decision (customer covers shipping)
• Changed mind
• Ordered the wrong item
• No longer wants the item
• Accidental order
We aim to keep return shipping costs as low as possible.

5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item:
• Inspection typically takes 2–5 business days
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection
• Refunds are processed only after approval
In cases of dispute, we may request photos or additional evidence.

6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to:
• Original payment method (credit/debit card, etc.)
• OR direct account transfer (where available)
Refund timeframes:
• Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
• International cards: 7–20 business days
• Bank transfer: 3–7 business days
Refund timelines depend on your bank/card issuer.

7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
• Damaged items
• Wrong items
• Defective copies
For other cases, return the product for a refund and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
To cancel:

If an order has already shipped:
• It cannot be canceled
• You may still return it after delivery following the steps above

9. Non-Returnable Items
Some products may be marked as non-returnable, such as:
• Clearance or final sale books
• Digital goods/e-books (if offered in the future)
• Custom merchandise
• Items damaged by misuse, negligence, fire, water, stains, or intentional destruction

• Photos/videos of the damage or wrong item
We will offer:
• A replacement, OR
• A full refund, including shipping

11. Lost Shipments
If your order is:
• Marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it
• Stuck in transit
• Lost by the carrier
We will assist in tracking the package.
A shipment may be declared lost after:
• 30+ days without scans (international)
• 15+ days (domestic U.S.)
• OR official carrier confirmation of loss
After confirmation, we will provide:
• Replacement, OR
• Full refund

12. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following situations:
• Evidence of fraudulent return activity
• Returned items intentionally damaged
• Return window of 30 days exceeded
• Product labeled “non-returnable” at purchase
• Repeated excessive returns

If a product was marked as a gift:
